Private Rates & Packages

Privates are individualized instruction with a certified personal trainer on equipment specifically designed for the Pilates Method of exercise. Your trainer will assist you through a full 55 minute workout designed to meet your goals.

(All sessions are 55 minutes)

1 private session

Intro package - 5 sessions

$250 ($50 per session) (one time only)

Package of 5 privates

Package of 10 privates

Semi-Private Rates & Packages (Rates are per person)

Semi-Privates offer two compatible individuals an opportunity to work with a trainer at the same time.

Semi-Private Pilates Circuit - Training utilizes apparatus such as the Reformer/Trapeze Combo, BOSU, balls, & Pilates Matwork

Important information about Classes:
If wait listed you will be called in advance on a first come, first serve basis to confirm availability into the class.
If you have a reserved space in the class, the 24 hour cancellation policy applies to you as a courtesy to all our clients and staff.
If you do not have a reserved space and have not received a call to confirm a place for you in the class, please call before arriving.
