Thank you Apex Chamber of Commerce for your recognition of Harmony Pilates Studio, Integrative Movement & Yoga for this year’s
Innovation Award. This year’s Apex Ball and our expansion to downtown Apex could not have been made possible without the involvement
of so many other local businesses and chamber members. Our mission establishes our dedication to community, service, and
healthful living as a basis for our business plan. We strive to meet these goals at our young age of 3 years in business and only plan to
become more active and involved as we continue to grow with the promise of this great town.
