You will always be my first choice studio. Have never felt so good as when
you worked my body. And it is true that I take that training into my daily life. It is amazing when I think of the transformation. We worked with balancing a long time ago. It wasn't until very recently that I remembered standing on one foot to the count of ten. The time span between introduction and realization is probably a couple of years or more. As I stood brushing my teeth looking at the mirror the image flashed. I have now added that little exercise to my daily routine. Pulling my chin back and touching the head to the seat rest while driving is another. Rocking the pelvis before getting up makes that maneuver easier. I could go on and
on. To sum it up, as one ages and loses flexibility, Pilates provides a means in which the process can be slowed and lost movement restored. "
