Small sized group classes offer personal benefits to the Yoga, Pilates, or Dance student that cannot be achieved in a large fitness club environment. This maintains the integrity and quality of the instruction and learning process helping you better achieve your fitness goals.
Private and semi private equipment and mat instruction offers even greater focus on the individual. Our certified instructors have skills that have been developed through working with dancers and athletes, Seniors and kids, Pre & Post Natal, as well as with issues such as low back pain, Sciatica, Scoliosis, Osteoporosis, Fibromyalgia, hip & knee joint replacements, and many other rehabilitative challenges.
Conveniently located in historic downtown Apex, NC in the Salem Street Promenade building, we are accessible from all areas of Wake county and the Triangle area including Cary, Holly Springs, and Fuquay Varina. There is ample parking on street as well as in the parking lot behind the building.
